Ultimate Texas Hold’em uses a standard 52 card deck without Jokers. The object of the game is to form a five card poker hand that ranks higher than the player/dealer’s five card hand. Players may use the five community cards, also known as playing the board, or any combination of their two initial cards, plus the five community cards to make the highest ranking five card poker hand.
On each seat there are four betting spaces: the Ante, the Blind, the Play and the Trips Bonus Bet.
In order to be dealt in each player must place an Ante and equal Blind wager plus the collection fee. The Trips Bonus Bet is an optional wager and need notbe placed.
The casino dealer will place five community cards in the center of the table which will be dealt face down. All players who have placed a wager will then receive two additional cards dealt face down in front of their wagers to be inspected. Before the flop of the first three community cards, the player may bet 3x or 4x their Ante, or check their hand and place no additional wager.
After the option to check or bet in turn is completed, the dealer will expose the first three community cards, known as the flop, by placing them face up on the table simultaneously. All remaining players who did not previously place a Play wager can now choose to do so at 2x the amount of their Ante wager, or they may check, and place no additional wager.
After the action in that round is completed the dealer will expose the remaining two cards, known as the river, by placing them face up on the table simultaneously. All remaining players that did not place a Play wager may now place one that is equal to the amount of their Ante wager, or fold their hand forfeiting the Ante and Blind wager along with any Trips Bonus Bet.
Winning Ante and Play wagers shall be paid 1 to 1.
