The object of the game is to make a choice on which hand, Player or Banker, will end up with a point value closest to nine (9).EZ Baccarat plays the same way as regular baccarat except that it eliminates the commission on the Banker Line wagers and replaces it by “barring” one specific winning Bank hand as follows. The winning bank hand consisting of three (3) cards and totaling seven (7) points. The appearance of this hand is known as the “Dragon 7”.
The value of each hand is determined by totaling the sum of the cards. An Ace has a value of 1, the 2 through 9 are face value and the 10, Jack, Queen, and King have a value of 0. The total value of the hand is the last digit when the values of the cards are added. Ex. 9 + 7 = 16 and 6 is the value of the hand.
Customers may place a wager(s) on Player, Banker or Tie (Base Game Wager) or a combination of the above. Players that have placed a Base Game Wager may also place a “Dragon 7” bet (three (3) card winning Bank hand totaling seven (7) points). All wagers must be between the table minimum and table maximum. The Dragon 7 wager can be from table minimum to a maximum of the player’s base wager bet.
· Players make their wagers on the Player, Banker, Tie and then have an option to bet on the Dragon 7 wager.
· The Casino Dealer will take the collections from each player prior to the deal.
· The Player and the Banker Hand position will have two cards dealt face up.
· No more wagers will be allowed once the first card is removed from the shoe.
· If the Player or Banker dealt hand totals 8 or 9, no cards will be drawn and the winning hand will be determined.
· When the Player Hand is dealt a point total of 0 through 5, it will be given a hit card.
· When the Player Hand totals 6, 7, 8, or 9 the Player must stand.
· If the Player Hand did not draw a card, the Banker Hand will hit on 5 or less and stand on 6 and above.
· If the Player hand drew a card the Banker Hand will draw a card according to the hitting rules .
The odds of payouts are as follows:
· The player line pays one to one (1 to 1)
· The banker line pays one to one (1 to 1)
· The tie line pays eight to one (8 to 1)
· The dragon 7 bonus bet pays forty to one (40 to 1).
